Kindness has been shown to increase self-esteem, empathy and compassion; decrease anxiety and stress; and improve mood and relationships.

During this monthlong program, you'll complete as many activities as you'd like from the list of nearly ideas. You're invited to extend kindness to co-workers, community, environment, home and family, neighborhood, school and yourself.

There are two ways to participate: you pick or you draw a slip. This program is appropriate for adults and children, and can be completed individually or as a group. Less screen time allows you to increase your physical activity, build social relationships that contribute to resiliency, and improve your mood and mental health.

During the two-month program, you'll be encouraged to play, explore and connect more by completing as many activities as you'd like from a list of nearly ideas. Learn more about Slim Your Screen Time.

They provide online coaching using cognitive behaviour therapy. The program is designed to help employees with stress, anxiety, and mild depression.
